王者開台 顏思齊

顏思齊是一位平民百姓，但心中的仗義情懷一步步地促使他成為武裝海商，最後變成開台第一人。他的人生起伏順著時代的轉變，造就他傳奇的一生。現今位於水林鄉亦有顏思齊當初來台開墾的足跡，如十寨、七角井等等遺址。

本劇以「台灣精神、在地文化」的理念，進行創作改編，導入現代劇場演出元素景深，增加立體感、層次感。操偶藝師 — 蕭孟然、蘇俊穎聯合演出，並邀請國藝會布依戲專案編導黃僑偉擔任該劇導演，真雲林閣掌中劇團李京曄擔任編劇，配樂由雲林金掌獎最佳音樂得主王凱生來擔當製作，以傳統北管名謠戲曲混搭現代樂風。呈現全新的音樂風格，希望演出讓觀眾瞭解台灣在地的故事。
